Artsy Antidote!
Discovering peace through ART!
'The arts are the only acceptable theatre of war for peace.'
Bryant McGill.
Hey fam, it's been a wonderful year for us and our connection through art.
Yes, a year since the BONDS were formed. A year of art and peace in it, a year of family and togetherness in it. A year of smiles and excitement and a year of US.
And we celebrated this epoch together and welcomed another year of smile and arts.
Artsy Antidote, as the name might suggest, was a true experience in healing through art. It was discovering your peace IN ART.

The Bonds of Art celebrated a year of supporting the incredible artists out there through Artsy Antidote, an event to connect with our audience and inspire self-love and mindfulness!
With two sessions: 'Patterns and Peace', which focused on the practice of mindfulness through the art of Mandala Making and 'Journ-Healing: Ink for Thought', which provided a platform to reflect, connect and accept ourselves through journaling with a twist, The Bonds of Art hosted an evening of healing.
'Patterns and Peace' was a creative blend of practical Mandala making, mindfulness and how art can help a person cope better in life. The session introduced a range of new concepts which were fun to learn and implement.
JournHealing was a great interactive and fresh session. The participants got a great new perspective as the speaker, Rhea ma'am encouraged our participants to be more true and caring for themselves. Also the activities ma'am conducted were super cute and helpful!
All in all, it was a total hit!
